Walk and Talk Permaculture Consultancy
($100.00 - Includes 1 to 2 hours (maximum) of one-on-one consulting with one of our consultants)
A new consultancy package for those who do not wish a design report and are comfortable taking there own notes as we tour your property with you and offer permaculture solutions and design ideas. The fee for this service is $100 during weekdays and $150 during weekends. This fee, as detailed in the Basic Permaculture Design Consultancy, will increase for unusually far sites. For large or complex sites, we may spend more time with you and your land at a rate of $50 per additional hour.
Basic Permaculture Design Consultancy
($450.00 – Includes a total of 6 hours and a 1-5 page report.)
Our fee for this consultancy allows us to spend up to 4 hours on site and 2 hours off site generating a map, design, and report including particular kinds of plants, and building details. Most likely we will put many more person-hours behind this and any product or service. We enjoy our work and our entire team contributes to every project. This will be delivered in a 1-5 page report with all the details of this Basic Design Consultancy.
The fee is $450 during weekdays or $550 during weekends (payable in advance or during the consultancy visit). This fee will increase for unusually far, large or complex sites, allowing us to spend more time with you and your land.

Full Permaculture Design Consultancy
($875.00 – Includes a total of 12 hours and a 10-15 page report.)
Our fee for this consultancy service builds on the Preliminary Design option and Consulting Process. It allows us to spend up to 6 person-hours on site and 6 hours off site generating an accurate, to scale base map and design, including particular kinds of plants, the locations and swing directions of any doors or gates, and generally much more detail. Most likely we will put many more person-hours behind this and any product or service. We enjoy our work and our entire team contributes to every project. Instead of a 1-5 page report we deliver a 10-15 page report with much more detail and information.
Our fee for this consultancy is $875 during weekdays or $975 during weekends (payable in advance or during the consultancy visit). This fee, as detailed in the Basic Permaculture Design Consultancy, will increase for unusually far, large or complex sites, allowing us to spend more time with you and your land.

Our Special Project Management and Consulting services are available to individuals, families, businesses, communities, associations… anyone can contact us. Installation and Maintenance Services
Midori Permatech services also include the installation, maintenance, and servicing of certain Midori products and permaculture projects. After a site visit and an estimate, our labor costs are $45 to $75 per hour. This fee will increase for far away sites (over 1 hour driving time: $25 per hour).
Midori uses only experienced landscapers, horticulturists, as well as tried & trusted tradesmen to implement and maintain our designs. Contact us for a quote. We are also experienced project managers, and once you have a design we can manage all aspects of its implementation, from blank slate to finished system, where all you have to do is maintain, harvest, and enjoy.
